Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to purchases in store or over the phone, please read all carefully.

1. Every effort is made to ensure that the correct details and prices are shown in store or online, if due to a data entry details or prices are found to be incorrect, ever effort will be made to correct this mistake as soon as possible, before you are asked to finalize any payment.

2. Local delivery is FREE on purchases over £150, six days of the week (excluding Sundays) with a AM or PM delivery slot. A charge will be made for any item that falls below this value or if a delivery is made out of our normal delivery area ( Charges and deliveries out side of our local area, are made at Managers discretion).

3. Every effort is made to delivery items in stock Same day / Next day, but due to demands at times of the year, Bank Holidays, Sundays, no stock, illness, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns or any variation to cause delay, we will not be able to offer compensation.

4. Our delivery persons will endeavor to position purchased items in the room of your choice, but due to Health and Safety, if they feel that this may cause injury to themselves or others or cause damage to properties, they will stop and inform you of the situation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure suitable access,entrance and safe location. The delivery persons will were possible use a wheeled truck to move items, please ensure that suitable protective covering is placed down to ensure protection to flooring or door steps.

5. All items are to be paid for in full or signed finance agreement completed, before delivery of items.

6. At times items may be out of stock with supplies, this may cause delay and other items may be suggested as alternatives, which may vary in price.

7. A chargeable insulation service is available, this requires suitable, safe, working, connection points and access, delivery persons are trained to a competent level only. If connection points / areas are found not to be suitable, delivery persons will inform you of this and may suggest suitable alternatives, (Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Aerial Installers...etc), we can not be held responsible for non-suitable insulations and will be unable to compensate any further costs incurred.

8. All ordered items require a 20% deposit, this is non refundable if the item cannot be cancelled from the suppliers, once ordered, please contact the store as soon as possible if you have any doubt about your order and every effort will be made to cancel the item.

9. All items unless other wise stated, carry a 12 month manufactures guarantee with parts and labour, this is only when the item has been used in a domestic environment, has not been misuse or not in accordance with the manufactures instructions, damaged, accident or repaired by someone other than the manufactures service department.

10. We are, as always here to help every one, but would appreciate you patience and time when we are dealing with an issue or problem that you have. It is often necessary to check or have checked faulty items, to ensure that they have a genuine fault, this may require a visit by a manufactures service engineer before any further action can be made.

11. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions when ever necessary, your customers statutory rights are not effected.
